When can I expect to receive my package?
Every nail in my shop is handmade, hand painted with love & care
Please allow:
2– 3 days for the nails to be made
7-15 days for express to deliver your nails.
I need to change something in my order, what do I do?
You can make changes to your order within the first 24 hours if the order has not been sent out yet.
Please email or use our contact page to get in touch.
Any Cancellations please notify us within a 24 hour span, After 24 hours we can NOT cancel your order.
How about refund/return/send product back?
WE take full responsibility for production mistake. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for free.
We do not accept cancelation for sizing/length problems.
Please double check your shipping address, as we cannot change it once we shipped it

How to choose my size?
【 Measurements】
Use measuring tape across the widest part of your nail and record how long it is in mm. OR take a piece of tape, mark where your widest part begins and ends, then place the tape across the measuring tape and find the length this way.
Please measure your own nail and find your size from our picture guide.
I cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements that the customer gives to me in the size selection.
Step 1: Gently push the edges of the nails with the wooden pusher to remove excess cutin.
Step 2: Gently file the nail surfaces slightly for a better result (OPTIONAL). Use an alcohol wipe to remove moisture and oil from the surface of the nails.
Step 3: Choose an adhesive tab slight smaller than your nail, paste the adhesive tab to the centre of the nail, use the wooden pusher to flatten the edges, remove the protective film.
Step 4: Align nail with cuticle, and press down firmly starting from the bottom. (Do not contact with water within 2 hours of application).
Put your fingers in warm water for 5-10 minutes
Then gently remove the false nails with a stick
If you use glue to stick fake nails
Then you need to use glue dissolving agent on your fingernails
Then repeat the previous step.
